Buying HEX is really quite simple. As of this writing HEX works on the Ethereum blockchain. However, because of the high Ethereum gas fees this will change to the Pulsechain blockchain in the near future. But for now, in order to own HEX we must first buy Ethereum.
1 – Step 1 Buy ETH.
So, first we buy Ethereum on whatever exchange you purchase your cryptocurrency. There are several options here. You can use Coinbase, Kucoin, Binance, etc.
2 – Step 2 Metamask wallet.
Download your Metamask wallet at metamask.io and store on your computer as a Chrome browser extension. You can store and manage your HEX coin in this wallet.
3 – Step 3 Hex.com swap ETH for HEX
Go to hex.com and swap your ETH for HEX. Be sure to leave some ETH in your metamask wallet to cover gas fees.
4 – Optional (Stake your HEX)
Since you now own HEX in your metamask wallet, you can visit go.hex.com and stake your HEX to earn more HEX.
